Teak and black WPC composite cladding supplied by Fencly on a double-storey Hills District facade

Composite Cladding Supply · The Hills

WPC cladding supply, The Hills.

Double-storey elevations, wide entries and a lot of rendered wall to break up, the reason the premium 2.7m Teak/Black board at $37 outsells the standard board here. The 2.3m board in Charcoal Black or Smoke Grey is $30. Inc GST, supply only. We don't install, but we can recommend trusted local trades.

Scale Of The Wall

Why the 2.7m board earns its keep here

The Hills builds tall. Castle Hill, Kellyville and Bella Vista are full of double-storey homes with two-storey entry voids, and Rouse Hill's newer estates push the same proportions onto narrower lots. A feature wall on one of those elevations is often four or five metres of uninterrupted height.

Clad that in 2.3m boards and you carry a horizontal joint line straight across the most-looked-at surface on the house. The 2.7m board doesn't remove the joint on a five-metre wall, but it moves it, higher, out of eye line, and in a proportion that reads deliberate rather than like the boards ran out.

The Teak/Black combination is doing the other half of the work. Against the pale render and dark-framed glazing that define the district's Hamptons and contemporary builds, a flat single-tone brown reads as vinyl. The two-tone grain breaks up under sunlight the way real timber does, which is what stops a large expanse of it looking synthetic from the street.

Beyond The Facade

Alfresco zones, pool walls and Norwest fitouts

Hills blocks are generous, and the outdoor spend follows. The same board that clads the entry goes onto the alfresco back wall behind the outdoor kitchen, where it takes splatter and heat far better than painted render, and wipes clean instead of needing a re-coat.

Pool surrounds are the other constant. Chlorine, splash and constant damp destroy hardwood battens and pit steel fixings; the sealed cap on a co-extruded board means none of it reaches the core. No swelling, no rot, no rust streaking down a white wall.

We also supply a steady run of commercial work through Norwest Business Park, reception walls, lift lobbies, tenancy fitouts. Same board, same 15-year warranty, same supply-only terms, and trade pricing available for fitout contractors with an ABN.

The Hills Shire and surrounds

Board counts go out across The Hills District and the northern edge of Greater Western Sydney:

  • Castle Hill, two-storey entry and void walls
  • Kellyville & Beaumont Hills, alfresco and outdoor kitchen walls
  • Bella Vista, large-block facade and pool-side screening
  • Rouse Hill, narrow-lot estate elevations
  • Norwest, commercial reception and tenancy fitouts
  • Baulkham Hills, Glenhaven & Dural, acreage feature and retaining wall faces

The Hills District Cladding FAQ

Questions we get from The Hills District.

Which board suits a double-storey Hills facade?

The 2.7m Teak/Black combination board at $37 each, inc GST. On a four- or five-metre entry elevation it pushes the horizontal joint above eye line, and the two-tone grain holds up visually across a large expanse where a flat single tone reads as vinyl.

What's the difference between the $30 and the $37 board?

Height and finish. The $30 board is 2.3m in Charcoal Black or Smoke Grey, the volume option. The $37 board is 2.7m in a Teak/Black combination, a premium combination finish. Both are the same co-extruded capped construction with the same 15-year warranty.

Can WPC cladding match a Hamptons or rendered facade?

Yes, and it's the most common use we see in the district. Charcoal Black and Smoke Grey sit quietly against pale render and dark-framed windows, while the Teak/Black board adds the warm timber element those facades are usually missing.

Do you supply commercial fitouts around Norwest?

Yes. We supply fitout contractors working through Norwest Business Park on the same supply-only terms, with trade pricing available for businesses with a verified ABN.

Do you install cladding in The Hills?

No, Fencly is supply only. We supply the boards and can recommend trusted local installers working across Castle Hill, Kellyville, Bella Vista and Rouse Hill. Ask for a referral with your enquiry.
