15-year limited warranty.

Fencly warrants its WPC composite fence panels and components against splitting, cracking, rotting, peeling and termite damage for 15 years from the original date of purchase. Issued by Fencly Australia (ABN 69 554 363 962), Wetherill Park NSW.

What this warranty covers

Fencly warrants its WPC composite fence products to be free from the following defects for 15 years from the original date of purchase:

  • Splitting of boards or components
  • Cracking of the WPC material
  • Rotting of the composite core or surface
  • Peeling of the outer polymer layer
  • Termite damage to the WPC core

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Fencly arranges replacement of the faulty boards or components at no charge, subject to the conditions in Sections II and IV.

What this warranty does not cover

  • Damage from accident, misuse, negligence, fire, flood, or other acts of nature.
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor surface weathering.
  • Slight colour fading, which is a natural characteristic of all outdoor products.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow Fencly installation guidelines.
  • Damage caused by the use of incompatible components or third-party products.
  • Damage occurring during transport, unloading or handling after delivery.

How to make a warranty claim.

Contact Fencly Australia with the three items below. We assess every claim within 5 business days of receiving the documentation.

    Your invoice or order confirmation.

    Photos of the defect

    Clear images showing the defect or damage.

  3. 03

    A short description

    What the issue is and the date you first noticed it.

Assessed within 5 business days

Approved claims are fulfilled by replacement of defective components. Delivery and labour costs associated with warranty replacements are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed in writing.

General conditions.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. It does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Fencly reserves the right to inspect any products subject to a warranty claim prior to approval.
