ASA / PE cap layers
A co-extruded ASA/PE skin wraps all four faces of the board. ASA — the same weatherable polymer used on exterior automotive trim — holds colour and resists chalking far longer than the cheap PVC caps on budget composite.
Premium WPC Composite Fencing
Co-extruded wood-plastic composite with a sealed ASA/PE cap layer on every face. The look of timber, none of the maintenance — engineered for Australian UV, salt air and poolside conditions, and backed by a written 15-year warranty.
Why Co-Extrusion
Standard WPC leaves the wood-fibre core exposed at the surface, so it still soaks up water and fades. Fencly's boards are co-extruded — a polymer cap is fused around the entire core as it's manufactured, sealing it for life.
The Benefits
A co-extruded ASA/PE skin wraps all four faces of the board. ASA — the same weatherable polymer used on exterior automotive trim — holds colour and resists chalking far longer than the cheap PVC caps on budget composite.
UV stabilisers and inorganic pigments shrug off harsh Australian sun with minimal fade — no greying, no annual re-oiling, no bleaching like timber.
With the core fully sealed, water can't reach the wood fibre — no swelling, no rot, no splitting. Ideal for pools, coastal boundaries and damp shaded sides.
High polymer content and a sealed cap give termites and borers nothing to feed on — a real edge over hardwood and pine paling in Sydney's termite zones.
No painting, staining, oiling or sealing — ever. An occasional hose-down keeps it new; the capped surface resists mould, mildew and stains.
Every panel ships with a written 15-year limited warranty against splitting, cracking, rotting, peeling and termite damage. Read the terms →
Anatomy of the Board
Weatherable, UV-stabilised polymer skin. Holds colour, resists scratches, stains and chalking.
Cap and core are extruded together, so the skin is molecularly bonded — it can't peel or delaminate.
Dense recycled timber fibre and high-density polymer for a rigid, timber-like board that won't rot.
Supply & Install
From a free on-site measure to a finished boundary, typically inside a fortnight.
We visit the site, measure the boundary, run through colour samples on-site and email a fixed-price quote inclusive of GST — usually within 24 hours.
Your kit is packed on plywood pallets and dispatched from our Prestons (NSW 2170) warehouse, usually within a week.
Aluminium or WPC posts are set into concrete footings, levelled and spaced to suit your panel system.
Capped boards or panels slot into the channels, gates are hung and aligned, and the site is left clean. A typical residential run is 1–3 days.
Prefer to install yourself? We supply DIY and trade kits Australia-wide — trade pricing is available for contractors and landscapers.

WPC FAQ
They're the protective outer skin co-extruded around the board. PE (polyethylene) seals the core against moisture; ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) adds superior UV and colour stability — it's the same class of weatherable polymer used on exterior automotive panels. Together they keep the board looking new without paint or stain.
Upfront it sits roughly 25–40% above hardwood paling and Colorbond, but over the life of the fence — with no staining, painting or board replacement — it typically costs less than timber. Every Fencly quote is a fixed price inclusive of GST. Book a free measure for figures on your boundary.
Both. We offer full supply-and-install across Greater Sydney, and supply-only kits for DIY and trade customers Australia-wide, dispatched from our Prestons warehouse.
Yes. Because the core is fully sealed, the boards resist chlorine, salt air and constant damp without rotting, swelling or corroding — making WPC an excellent choice for pool surrounds and beachside boundaries.
