The Fencly 25-Year Warranty

Every co-extruded WPC fence panel, post and gate Fencly supplies in Australia is covered against structural and cosmetic failure for twenty-five years from the date of installation. This is the longest residential fencing warranty in the country — and it's written, not implied.

What's covered

  • Excessive fading — > 5 ΔE colour shift on the cap layer.
  • Splintering, peeling or surface delamination of the co-extruded skin.
  • Rot, mould or fungal attack through any sealed face.
  • Termite or insect penetration of the WPC core.
  • Structural failure of posts, rails or panels under normal residential loading (incl. wind to Beaufort Lv 9).
  • Heat deformation at ambient temperatures < 60°C.

What we'll do

On a verified claim within the warranty period, Fencly will replace the affected boards, posts or rails free of charge, including freight to your address anywhere in Greater Sydney. For trade-installed jobs in our primary service zones (Parramatta, The Hills, Northern Beaches), we'll also fit the replacement components at no labour cost.

What's not covered

  • Impact damage (cars, trees, falling branches, mowers, whipper-snippers).
  • Cosmetic surface scratches less than 0.5 mm deep that don't expose the core.
  • Movement caused by ground subsidence, flood or earthquake.
  • Modifications, drilling, cutting or paint applied by a third party post-install.
  • Fire damage outside Class A fire-resistant rating limits.

How to claim

  1. Photograph the affected area in daylight (wide + close).
  2. Email hello@fencly.com.au with photos & your install date, or phone +61 421 201 613.
  3. We respond within 4 business hours and arrange an on-site inspection within 7 days.
  4. Approved claims are dispatched within 14 days, fitted within 30.

The fine print, in plain English

The warranty applies to the original purchaser at the original install address and is transferable once if the property is sold within the warranty period. It does not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply in addition to (not instead of) this warranty. Full legal terms — including the schedule of accelerated colour-shift testing parameters — are issued with every shipping invoice and are available on request from hello@fencly.com.au.
